The EMERIC company take an active part in the market of the soft wheat for several years,  bringing a consequent increase in value to the cereal growers of the area and to all the industry.

Representing “les grands moulins de  Dakar” in Senegal until the independence of this country in 1960, it played an important role from 1986 during the fast development of the quality wheat in the Southwest.

The complete abolition of the borders in 1992 and the massive arrival of the millers of the North of Spain in the Southwest mark then the emergence of a new market.
